Return Policy

Within 24 working hours after receiving a return, Grooming Hair begins processing the item. Depending on the circumstances, the processing time varies. Only once we have received the merchandise will we replace or issue a refund. We don't assume liability for returns that the postal service mishandles. If we created the issues that resulted in the return, Grooming Hair would cover the return shipping costs. If not, customers would bear the entire expense.


Within 30 days of purchase, all stock hair systems that are uncolored, uncut, and have not been used in any manner will be returned to you in full, less shipping costs.
